Merchant Connect is a privately-owned company that acquires and maintains merchant services accounts. We act as brand ambassadors, meaning it is our responsibility to not only maintain current clients, but also to establish new relationships and commercial merchant accounts.

Our team of bright, professional and personable Account Managers are responsible for meeting with business owners one-on-one and over the phone to support their sales team.

Sales Management responsibilities:

  • Unlimited growth
  • Manage a team of 8-10 Agents
  • Work and help build training programs and earn a key management position in one of our nationwide locations, or here in AZ!
  • One-on-one client relations
  • Face-to-face or on the phone presentations with business owners
  • Represent brands with professionalism and integrity

  • Weekly reporting and account management in CRM
  • Follow sales processes and systems
